At Angry Ant we specialise in creating, designing, patterning making and manufacturing custom garments for our clients. We provide all the relevant services, in-house you will need to improve your current clothing range or to launch a completely new range of clothing.
We offer our clients large format fabric printing (Sublimation printing) and directly to ready-to-wear garment print (DTF printing). Our large format printers can print rolls of fabric with custom designs or garment patterns. The patterns are then cut out and stitched together to make custom clothing.
Our quality and workmanship is well know in the fashion industry in South African. We have more than 21 years of experience in fashion and clothing manufacturing industry. To date we have manufactured and sold more than a million garments worldwide.
Angry Ant is your creative platform for customised clothing, fabric, accessories and more. Our sublimation printing division can print your designs onto all types of polyester-based fabric which we use in the manufacturing of clothing, blankets, pillows, bedding, home décor and more.
Sublimation printing is great for custom-made corporate branding, team wear, sportswear, leisure wear, everyday wear, and baby wear. Because of this textile printing method, we can print any design you can imagine. Once your designs are transferred onto the fabric they will never wash out, fade, or crack and the finished garment will be comfortable and soft to the touch.
Direct to Film or DTF printing, is a new printing technology whereby high-quality designs are printed onto a film and then transferred onto fabric, such as t-shirts, hoodies, blankets, pillows, umbrellas and more. With DTF printing we can print onto all types of fabrics, including cotton, poly blends, leather, polyester, silk, and more. A further advantage of DTF prints is they can be printed onto both dark and white fabrics.
DTF printing is great for printing designs directly onto t-shirts, hoodies, baby wear and other ready-made goods. It is also an affordable method of printing one-off prints. With high-resolution prints, (1440 dpi – 16 million colours) your design will come alive on the printed surface, such as t-shirts, hoodies, aprons, etc.
