Simply reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and attach your art file.
This ensures that we can match your artwork to the specific order you’ve placed.
If you prefer, you can simply e-mail your artwork to your Account Manager who will be in contact with you promptly after we receive your order.
Regardless, there’s no need to worry, our sales team will review your order and contact you prior to production in order to work out all the details!

We accept artwork via email or upload in the following formats: High Res JPG, CorelDraw, AI, Vector Format and Photoshop.
If you don’t have your artwork in any of the above formats, DON’T stress just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Remember, your artwork will be handled personally by a member of our art team.

They have the experience and education required to make sure everything turns out just the way you imagined it.

Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions at all. Even though we prefer vector art, we have the latest in software and technology so we can open just about any file type out there.


Yes, we do charge a small fee for artwork, so what does this fee include:

• Where need we will redraw and prepare the artwork you supplied.
• We draft a mock-up for you pre-approval.
• Thereafter we will complete a CAD (proof of artwork) for you final approval.
• During this process we you can make up to two basic changes to the artwork.
• Once approved your artwork will be laid out onto the correct templates for production.
• During product we continually do quality check before your order is ready for delivery.
